HOW MUCH ARE THE TICKETS?

Standard tickets cost £14.99 each. These tickets admit 1 entry.

Family tickets cost £64.99 (RRP £75.00) each and admit entry for 2 adults and 2 children. This ticket also includes 2 hot chocolates and 2 mulled wines.

Premium tickets cost £89.99 (RRP £114.96) each and admit entry for 4 people, and also includes a Magnum of Prosecco.

Additional tickets are purchasable on the package deals at the standard price of £14.99 each.

HOW DO I GET MY TICKETS?

All tickets are sold online and need to be pre-purchased via our website.
All you need to do is select what movie you are interested in, what showing and for how many people in the drop down menu.
our e-ticket will then be emailed to you, you MUST bring it with you to the venue or show a copy of the email on your phone.
If you do not receive the email with your tickets please contact our Customer Service Team via email on hello@magicalchristmasmovieexperience.com and quote your booking reference number.

WHERE IS THE LOCATION OF THE VENUE?

This year’s Magical Christmas Movie Experience is taking place at the Mayfield Depot located in central Manchester, a 5 minute walk from Piccadilly Train Station and transport links. The address is Unit 8, Temperance Street, Manchester, M12 6HR

IS THE POP-UP CINEMA INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

The cinema is located indoors inside the iconic Mayfield depot across 3 arches, you are sheltered from the temperamental British weather. We advise people to wrap up as it is winter after all.

WHAT TIME DOES THE CINEMA OPEN?

Please check your e-ticket for the specific showtime of your chosen movie.
Doors open to the enchanted forest and food court from 18:00 on Thursdays, 17:00 on Fridays, 12:00 noon on Saturdays and 12:00 noon on Sundays. The venue will remain open until 30 minutes after the completion of the last showing, meaning you can arrive early and take advantage of the exciting street food and bar. Access to the auditorium is available from 30 minutes before the advertised movie time. Please note that seating IS NOT allocated. Please arrive early as seating is allocated on a first come first served basis.

IS SEATING ALLOCATED?

Seating is NOT allocated, please make sure to arrive ahead of time. We will have staff on hand to ensure you get the best seats and view possible. If you have any special requirements or disabilities please make us aware so that we can ensure you have the best experience possible.

WHAT KIND OF SEATING IS IN THE CINEMA?

There will be a choice of seating and giant bean bags…… we will also be providing blankets that will later be donated to the homeless people of Manchester. If you have any special requirements or disabilities please make us aware so that we can ensure you have the best experience possible.

ARE FOOD AND DRINK AVAILABLE?

Yes, we will have a range of exciting flavours both savoury and sweet from some of Manchester’s finest street food vendors and restaurants. There are also well stocked bars serving a range of cocktails, wines and festive favourites.

CAN I BRING KIDS WITH ME?

Absolutely! we love kids. You will however need to check the rating of the movie and they will require a ticket. Obviously, they won’t be allowed to drink alcohol and our bar staff will be checking ID all night.

IS THERE DISABLED ACCESS AND A DISABLED TOILET?

We are pleased to say that yes there is disabled access at the venue. It may also be easier if you get in touch with us before the show via e-mail, and we can get some aisle seats reserved for you and staff can be on hand to help should you need it. There will also be a disabled toilet available.

CAN I SMOKE OR VAPE?

There is a dedicated smoking and vaping area outside of the cinema. If you want to smoke you can pop outside, just keep hold of your ticket and you can freely come in and out as you please.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any ticket purchases.
You are able to give your ticket to a friend to attend if you can no longer make it.
